FAQs and Policies
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, Klarna and Afterpay for easy payments. The icons for these are shown at the bottom of the page. Please note that because the checkout process typically has multiple pages, you may not see your preferred payment option immediately, but it will likely appear further into the checkout process. If you have any problems with the checkout process please let us know so that we can resolve it.
Do you accept Returns? In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know immediately at email@example.com.
If you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund for non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery date. For your convenience, items purchased in November and December can be returned by January 31st of the next year. Items must be unworn and in original condition with original tags. Any individualized/personalized items cannot be returned.
To Return an item:
- Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.
- Contact us with the form below so we can provide the return address.
- For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. FabulousBlendsofGems is not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route back to us.
- On your original invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can use any carrier to ship your return package.
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500).
Make sure to keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment 1-3 business days after we receive the item in its original, unworn condition. Please contact us with the form at the bottom of the page if you have any questions.
Can you gift wrap items and include a card? All items are in a gift box with bow. You can also include a greeting card from the catalog for a low fee. Please contact us with any questions or special requests with the Contact Form at the bottom of the page.
How fast is Shipping? Items are shipped within 1 -2 business days, depending on the time of day the order is placed, etc. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Shipping updates are sent via email. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or with the Contact Form at the bottom of the page.
What about lost shipments? Orders are sent to the address exactly as it was entered at checkout. Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Please choose a secure ship to address, as we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How are customs on International Orders handled? Customs and import duties are charged when the parcel reaches the destination, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to International and Canadian orders. Our shop cannot pay these fees.
How are discount codes used? If you are using a discount code, you will see the box to enter it after you have entered the checkout process and before the last screen in checkout.
Tax is calculated on the price after the code is applied. Shipping (if applicable) is added to the total amount due.
What is 14k GF?
Many of our Gemstone Collection gold pieces contain high quality 14k gold filled components as described in the listings. Why gold filled? The 14k gold filled chains and clasps in our shop are sourced from highly reputable U.S.A. Vendors and have a significantly higher percentage of gold than gold plating. With proper care, as with any fine jewelry, it should never easily tarnish or rub off. Please do not wear it in hot tubs or swimming pools as the chemicals used can discolor any gold. 14k Gold filled offers the same beauty as full 14k gold, but at a fraction of the cost.
What is Argentium Silver?
Many of our silver gemstone pieces (as described in the listings) contain a superior 935 silver, Argentium® Silver which is a bright-white color that is closer to fine silver than traditional sterling. Argentium® Silver Is less likely to tarnish under most conditions and maintains its beauty longer than typical silver. It is purer than Sterling (935 or 960), has a whiter color, antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties. It is suitable for those who are unable to wear traditional sterling silver. All of these benefits make Argentium Silver better for the end wearer and gentler on the environment, as less chemicals are used in production. (Per Argentium.com.) You should care for these pieces as you would other fine silver jewelry. Do not expose them to chemicals, hot tubs and swimming pools.
