Shipping policy

All of our Gemstone Collection items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Other items are shipped as indicated on the item description.  Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at sales@fabulousblendsofgems.com.

Customs and import duties are charged when the parcel reaches the destination, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to International and Canadian orders. Our shop will not pay these fees.

 

What about lost shipments? Orders are sent to the address exactly as it was entered at checkout. Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Please choose a secure ship to address, as we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
